The Bethany Way
Collectively, these traits represent the personality, or culture, of a company. Our staff calls it The Bethany Way.
It includes:
Taking care of our patients, families, and partners in our hometown.
Taking care of each other, more like a family than a business.
Doing things the right way, even when no one is looking.
Celebrating what makes people unique.
Who we are
We are locals, locally owned and operated, focused only on providing hospice and palliative care in Western Pennsylvania. Our customers say we operate more like a family than a large corporate entity; small, but in a good way. We hold each other accountable to provide great care.
What gives us purpose
We meet patients and families at a very difficult time for them, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is our purpose to guide them, making an impossible situation less difficult, and getting to know them so we can provide individualized support where it is needed.
What we believe
We believe diversity leads to strength, and inclusion leads to growth. We celebrate what makes all people unique. We know that to be our best we need contributions from people of all backgrounds.
From our Staff
We know a thing or two about what it means to take care of one another so that we can take care of our patients and families.
We have been named to local Best Places to Work lists 13 times since inception over 19 years ago!
“All staff are honest with the good stuff and the bad stuff, all are treated with respect, and owners come into the field to help care for patients. My managers and staff live the company mission.”
