RN Case Manager
We are seeking a caring RN Case Manager to join the Bethany team. The Hospice RN Case Manager oversees the hospice plan of care and leads the hospice IDG team to ensure patient and family needs are met at end of life.
Visit patients in the Pittsburgh area to provide nursing assessments, coordinate with facility staff, work with physicians to obtain orders, and communicate with compassion to families. Position is salaried, plus paid mileage and cell phone stipend. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM –5 PM. We are open to discussing alternative shifts if desired.

Qualifications
Active PA RN License
At least one-year of nursing experience, hospice experience, management and/or hospital administration is a plus
Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)
Satisfactory criminal background check
Presentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
Demonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to provide good documentation in a timely manner
Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania

The Details
Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000/yr; depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM –5 PM
